Located in the heart of southern New England, Warwick is a perfect community in which to locate your business, or find a spot to develop commercial and residential projects. Warwick brings the convergence of air, rail, highway, and maritime travel in one convenient, central location. We’re home to Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport, which was voted the “Top Domestic Airport” in Travel + Leisure’s “World’s Best Awards 2025” readers’ survey. The InterLink intermodal rail station with MBTA service makes commuting to Warwick easy, and we also boast easy on-off access to I-95 and I-295 and more marinas than anywhere in Rhode Island.

Warwick maintains a healthy mix of manufacturers and a diverse commercial base, and we’re a popular destination for those looking to join our myriad of national, regional, and local retailers. There is also a thriving small business community and a particularly strong hospitality and tourism industry.

The award-winning City Centre Warwick – an intermodal, 24/7, “live/work/play” development concept – continues to gain momentum, bringing revitalization and new, mixed-use development to more than 100 acres surrounding the airport and the InterLink. New single-family residences have been constructed, and there are a number of major projects presently in various stages of the development and construction processes.

The Presley, a complex featuring studio and one-bedroom apartments with premium amenities at affordable monthly rates, has begun leasing.
