Kermes and Boss of Mott & Chace
sell 839C Ministerial Rd. for $2.4 million

South Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 839C Ministerial Rd. for $2.4 million. The sellers were represented by Janet Kermes and Monica Boss, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s. Kermes and Boss also facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in South Kingstown in 2025.

Located along the shores of Tucker Pond, this waterfront home has over 17 acres of privacy. Featuring five bedrooms, and five- and one-half bathrooms, there is room for family and friends for a year-round luxury lifestyle.
