Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc. has sold a mixed use property located at 191 Nashua St.
The site consists of a 10,000 s/f parcel improved with a 7,300 s/f mixed use building (commercial/residential) located off North Main St.
The property was purchased by Nashua Properties, LLC and the main portion of the building will be converted for medical use and occupied by the Center for Preventive Medicine as its primary facility. Sale price was $642,500.
In another transaction, Sweeney represented the law firm of McKenny, Quigley, Izzo and Clarkin in their leasing of 5,000 s/f of office space in the Irons & Russell Building, located at 95 Chestnut St.
