Portsmouth, NH David Stoffel, EIT passed the fundamentals of engineering exam for the state, making him an engineer in training. Stoffel, a civil project engineer, joined TFMoran in 2024. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Univ. of Vermont.
At TFMoran, Stoffel is involved in zoning ordinance and site plan regulation reviews, conceptual planning, and civil site design and permitting, including stormwater analysis and design.
In addition, he assists with AutoCAD drafting, infiltration testing, and preparation of color plans for project presentations.
