Salem, NH Kevin Olson and Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates, Inc. have brokered the sale of 11 Klein Dr., a 53,415 s/f industrial/flex facility situated on a 22-acre lot. The sale price was $4.625 million.
Olson and Bartley represented the seller, Klein Marine Systems, Inc. in the transaction. Rusty Brooks, LLC was represented by Anthony Triglione and Bartley of Nordlund Associates.
