Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells
10 Ocean Lawn Ln. for $7.925 million

Newport, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 10 Ocean Lawn Ln. for $7.925 million. The buyers were represented by Joseph Costa, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Michelle Kirby and Kate Greenman of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Newport since September of 2024. 

Built in 2017 by Horan Building Company, this stone and shingled home was once part of the historic Firestone Estate. Located in the private, gated community of Ocean Lawn, the home features an open floor plan, sun-filled living spaces, and a chef’s kitchen with Rhino marble countertops and professional-grade appliances. 

Additional amenities include multiple fireplaces, a bluestone patio, heated pool, hot tub, and a spacious primary suite on the main level.
