Mott and Murphy of Mott & Chace sell 14 Highland Rd. for $3.4 million

Charlestown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of 14 Highland Rd. for $3.4 million. The sellers were represented by Ray Mott, broker/co-owner, and the buyers were represented by Stephen Murphy, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Charlestown in 2025.
