Barrington, RI Compass has completed the sale of 2 Governor Bradford Drive for $1.6 million, 23.6% above asking. Elizabeth Kirk of Compass’s Kirk | Schryver Team represented the Seller and Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the Buyer.
