Barrington, RI Compass negotiated the sale of 6 White Birch Lane for $3.25 million. Elizabeth Kirk and Lisa Schryver of Compass’ Kirk | Schryver Team represented the seller.

This Nantucket-style custom colonial was built in 2012 and overlooks the Narragansett Bay. The home features five bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms across 5,000 s/f. A chef’s kitchen with granite island, a western facing sun porch, and a primary bedroom with balcony overlooking the Bay are just a few of the property’s highlights.

“Lisa and I were very honored to represent the sellers on the sale of this exquisite waterfront property,” said Kirk. “This home is truly exceptional in every way, from the beautifully designed interior, to the well manicured grounds, and above all the stunning west facing waterviews. The new buyers will look forward to admiring many stunning sunsets in the years to come from 6 White Birch.”
