Charlestown, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the sale of 18 Ninigret Ave. for $5.5 million, marking the highest sale in Charlestown year to date according to data maintained by the Rhode Island MLS.* Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Compass’ Watch Hill office represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer.

Built in 2018, this three bedroom, five bathroom home in Quonnie is near the beach, with views of West Pond and the Atlantic Ocean.
