Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokers retail leases at Airport Plaza
Warwick, RI Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal has completed two separate lease transactions at Airport Plaza, located at 1800 Post Rd.
Caffrey represented both tenants — Fuzzy Fine Guitars and Black Dice Barber Shop — in securing retail spaces within the shopping center.
Fuzzy Fine Guitars leased 1,875 s/f, while Black Dice Barber Shop leased 1,200 s/f.
Airport Plaza was represented in both transactions by Joe Mardo of The Discovery Group.
