Babat of Butler Realty Group sells 4,400 s/f retail site-$475,000
Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group sold a 4,400 s/f retail store at 7510-7512 Post Rd. for $475,000.
Babat represented the buyer Weilburg/Stevens, LLC and the seller, Marry Gormally.
The .33 acre site, located on a corner lot on Post Rd. with an antique store and ice cream shop, is near the entrance to the Quonset Business Park.
