The Geenty Group, Realtors completes two leases at 21 Commerce Dr.

North Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors reports two leases at 21 Commerce Dr. The Landlord is W. E. Hitchcock, LLC. The Geenty Group Realtors represented the Landlord as they have done for 30 years.

The first lease is for 16,000 s/f for a five-year term. Defibtech, LLC is the Tenant. Defibtech is a very large manufacturer of user-friendly defibrillating machines which are used in schools, colleges, public buildings, and workplace locations. Kevin and Kristin Geenty were the agents for the Landlord. Frank Hird of O, R, & L Commercial was the agent for the Tenant. The space is well suited for warehouse and distribution which is Defibtech’s planned use.

The second lease is for 2,855 s/f for a three-year term. Brite-Rite Electrical Services, LLC is the Tenant. Robert Benco is the president and he and his wife Lauren manage the business. They provide electrical installations and upgrades as well as specialty lighting to residential and commercial clients. This new office and warehouse space is the first step in an expansion of Brite-Rite’s business. Kevin and Kristin Geenty represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in this transaction.
