SCRE partners with HB Nitkin for seven medical leases in two Westport properties

Westport, CT Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) partnered with HB Nitkin to execute a total of seven medical leases in 728 Post Road East and 125-131 Kings Highway North (Willows Medical Center). Both properties are owned and managed by HB Nitkin. 

728 Post Road East (four leases): Wickey and Aubuchon were the sole brokers involved in executing two leases, one for GameDay Men’s Health (1,858 s/f) and one for Laser Eye Practice of Westport (2,317 s/f). In addition, Wickey and Aubuchon brokered a deal with Dr. Benadaret Select Care, PC for 1,357 s/f (Tenant represented by Skip Lane, CW). Wickey and Aubuchon brokered a fourth lease signed by VAVI Medical for 2,386 s/f (Tenant represented by Sarah Cohen, Gotham Realty NYC).

Willows Medical Center, 125-131 Kings Highway North (three leases): Wickey and Aubuchon were the sole brokers involved in executing two leases, one with Sage Valley Therapy (1,192 s/f) and a second with Fairfield County Audiology (1,200 s/f). Wickey and Aubuchon brokered a third lease signed by Rumi Mind Health, Inc. for 1,800 s/f (Tenant represented by Kathleen Fazio, CW).
