R. Calabrese Agency brokers sublease of former Shaws supermarket

Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency, L.L.C. has brokered a sublease of the former Shaw's Supermarket on Sylvan Ave. on behalf of Shaw's parent company Supervalu, Inc. The sublessee is a N.Y. based grocer, Bogopa Services Corp., doing business as Food Bazaar Supermarket. The property is owned by Windsor USA, Inc. The property is a freestanding supermarket consisting of 54,425 s/f of retail space. The property is across from a Home Depot. The building was constructed as a supermarket for Shaw's in 1997. The Calabrese Agency represented Supervalu. Food Bazzar was represented by Ameriland Realty.
