Atlantic Property Management expands New England Team with three key hires

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management has announced the addition of three new team members to support its growing New England portfolio: Paul Sullivan, CPM, as property manager; Dan DesRoches as senior property manager; and Glenn McMorrow as building engineer.

Sullivan brings over 15 years of experience in commercial property and construction management. He will oversee daily operations, construction projects, and tenant relations across multiple assets throughout the region.

DesRoches joins Atlantic as senior property manager, bringing a proven track record in portfolio oversight, budgeting, and team leadership. He will take the lead on some of Atlantic’s largest and most complex assignments and mentor junior staff.

McMorrow joins as building engineer, expanding Atlantic’s facilities maintenance platform. His expertise in building systems and preventive maintenance allows the company to provide more self performing maintenance solutions and greater value for clients.

“We are thrilled to welcome Paul, Dan, and Glenn to the Atlantic team,” said Pat Glynn, COO of Atlantic Property Management. “Their collective experience and hands-on approach will ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of service as our portfolio grows.”

Atlantic Property Management continues to expand its presence across New England, recently adding new office, industrial, and mixed-use assignments throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

“These hires are about more than growth — they allow us to better serve our current clients while expanding our ability to take on new and more complex assignments,” said Chad Boulay, National Director at Atlantic. “With stronger property management coverage and enhanced in-house engineering capabilities, we can offer a more efficient, responsive, and scalable platform.”
