Hunneman brokers 7,651 s/f lease at 250 Apollo Dr. to Spectacle Live

Chelmsford, MA Hunneman has brokered a 7,651 s/f lease at 250 Apollo Dr. The new tenant will be Spectacle Live, a leading event and venue services provider specializing in venue management, marketing and promotions, booking and talent buying, ticketing, and other consulting services. Both Hunneman and the ownership CKM Real Estate have enjoyed renewed leasing traction having just completed the lease with Spectacle Live and completing a lease with Triton Systems for 11,248 s/f. In response to the increased tenant activity, the building will re-open the cafeteria and resume dining services for the first time since 2020.

“This newest lease with Spectacle Live builds upon the strong momentum we’ve seen at 250 Apollo, which has continued to attract great interest in recent months,” said Chris Curley, executive vice president at Hunneman. “In a highly competitive office market, the continued success is a testament to CKM Realty’s investments in the property.”

Located off I-495 and Rte. 3, 250 Apollo is comprised of 143,215 s/f across two floors and was recently renovated in 2020. The newly re-opened, 450-seat cafeteria is accompanied by other building amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor patio, and secure on-site parking.

Nearby retail and restaurant attractions include Bertucci’s, Chili’s, Fishbones, Madras Grill, and Pressed Café. Corporate neighbors include BAO, Brooks, Comcast, DCU, Reva Systems, RTX, and ThermoFisher Scientific.

The owner of 250 Apollo, CKM Real Estate, was represented by Hunneman’s North Suburban team of Curley and Ken Oppenheim and Mike Allen in both transactions.
