Henderson named vice president of Fulcrum Associates

Amherst, NH Fulcrum Associates, LLC has promoted David Henderson to the role of vice president. Henderson, who previously served as director of operations, has more than 30 years of experience in project management, leadership, and construction management across New England.

Since joining Fulcrum in 2019 as a senior project manager, Henderson has consistently demonstrated his leadership ability and dedication to client satisfaction. He was quickly promoted to director of project management in 2021, and then director of operations in 2022. In each role, he has been recognized for his strategic vision, ability to guide complex projects, and talent for empowering his teams to deliver results.

As vice president, Henderson will oversee company-wide operations to ensure alignment between strategic growth goals, project execution, and client outcomes. He will focus on driving operational excellence, mentoring Fulcrum’s next generation of leaders, and strengthening the company’s culture of safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while also playing a key role in advancing long-term growth, profitability, and employee engagement.
