McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners win CoStar Power Broker award

 

 

Cranston, RI Summit Realty Partners’ principal, Chris McMahon, and vice president, Travis Ginsberg, have been recognized as 2025 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for three retail leasing transactions this year. This national honor highlights the top commercial real estate transactions each quarter and represents the strength of Summit’s activity in the New England retail market.

The award-winning deals include:

• Ollie’s Bargain Outlet leased 29,028 s/f at 1810 Plainfield Pike, Cranston, R.I., “Plainfield Pike Shopping Center”, with Richard Giveans also involved in the transaction as the tenant broker. Ollie’s is set to open for business at the end of October 2025. 

• Boston United Volleyball Club leased 15,000 s/f at 400-440 Boston Post Rd., Wayland, Mass., “Wayland Town Center”, with Harrison Demerritt and Joe Wagner involved in the transaction as the tenant broker. Boston UVC opened for business in September 2025.

• Activate Games leased 11,140 s/f at 20 & 22 District Ave. in Dorchester, Mass., “South Bay”. Activate is set to open for business at the end of October 2025.
