2025 Women in Construction: Arianna Gerrior, Timberline Construction Corp.

What is one project or achievement in your career that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? I was on the team that successfully completed a high-end office fit-up for Veralto, a client with a mission to create a sustainable space that supported collaboration and employee well-being. The project had an aggressive schedule challenged by long lead items, major holidays and rigorous LEED requirements. The team worked efficiently to overcome these challenges and turned over a space that exceeded Veralto’s expectations. The project recently achieved LEED Gold and won an award for ENR New England’s 2024 Best Projects, inspiring other clients looking to support sustainability and innovation.

Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry? My dad and his ability to execute everything he put his mind to always amazed me. He inspired me to pursue a career that started from an interest in design and led me to construction. From an early age, I watched my dad build everything from gardens and landscapes to chicken houses and garages. He taught me to be hardworking, humble and passionate – traits that have helped me succeed in my career. My biggest advice for the next generation of women entering the industry is to make the most of the challenges you encounter. Not only do they add excitement to the day, they help you grow and learn.

Do you have a hidden talent or a surprising fact about yourself that most people wouldn’t know? I love vintage cars and scouring through antique stores for unique serving ware and tools.

The Boston industrial market entered mid-2025 in a bifurcated state. Large-block vacancy remains elevated, while shallow-bay along the 495/128 corridor continues to prove resilient. Fieldstone’s focus on this geography positions us squarely in the middle of a renewal-driven, supply-constrained
