I am most proud of joining the partnership at Margulies Perruzzi and helping to build a team of passionate, driven, and talented architects and designers who focus on the success of the whole of the team and not the individual. I feel strongly about leading by example, taking the time to listen, pushing people outside of their comfort zones, and providing opportunities for growth while trying to be a compassionate, approachable, and relatable leader.
