South Kingstown, RI Lila Delman Compass has completed the sale of 182 Torrey Rd. for $4.3 million. Nicole Maine and Patrick Farrell of The Local Group in Lila Delman Compass’ Narragansett office represented the buyer in this transaction. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, this transaction marks the highest sale in South Kingstown YTD.

This custom-built estate is on over eight acres and features a main residence with 4 ensuite bedrooms and 2 half baths, complemented by a pool house, detached guest house, studio, and barn.
