What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, I worked in the environmental consulting and engineering field for 15 years. Most of the projects I worked on involved a commercial real estate transaction and I found myself becoming more and more interested in the whole transaction process rather than just the environmental side of it.

The most rewarding project I’ve worked on was an eight-story parking garage and four-story 224,000 s/f ground-up building with a connecting boardwalk at 75 Hayden Ave., Lexington. It was my first project out of college and I was the assistant project manager.
