Rodolfy joins Eastern Bank as sr. vice president, commercial real estate relationship manager

Boston, MA Eastern Bank welcomes Joseph Rodolfy as a senior vice president, commercial real estate relationship manager. Rodolfy brings over 13 years of banking experience with a focus on commercial real estate and credit analysis. 

“Joseph Rodolfy’s lending background and formal training in credit analysis align strongly to our focus on delivering comprehensive commercial banking services rooted in personalized relationships, and we are excited to welcome him to Eastern Bank’s Commercial Banking team,” said Greg Buscone, executive vice president, chief commercial banking officer of Eastern Bank.

Rodolfy joins Eastern Bank from Cambridge Savings Bank, where he spent the past decade in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as vice president and loan officer in the commercial real estate group. In this role, he led client relationships and structured loans across all asset classes. His prior experience includes commercial credit and lending positions at TD Bank, where he also completed the bank’s formal credit training program in risk analysis, systems operations and financial accounting. He is formally credit trained having started his career as a credit officer and credit analyst in commercial lending, and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association’s Emerging Leaders group. Rodolfy earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont and a master of business administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
