ReyCon Construction Management selected to lead the ground-up construction of the first phase of Allston Green

Allston, MA ReyCon Construction Management (ReyCon), a full-service construction management firm headquartered in Plymouth, has been selected to lead the ground-up construction of the first phase (Building C) of Allston Green, a transformative multi-family development located at 6 Pratt St. 

The nearly 51,000 s/f building will deliver 68 modern residential units and represents a key milestone in the larger Allston Green master plan. The project is being designed by Prellwitz Chilinski & Associates (PCA), a leading architecture firm known for innovative, community driven design. Situated in the city’s dynamic arts district, the project is close to the MBTA Green Line and within walking distance of Boston University and Harvard University. This initial phase reflects the development’s overall vision to create a vibrant, sustainable community that combines housing, public open space, and cultural amenities. 

The development will utilize sustainable design strategies and efficient unit design, while featuring a range of deluxe amenities to enhance overall livability, including shared common spaces, a fitness center, flexible coworking space, multiple lounges, and expansive outdoor green areas. 

Construction is expected to begin later this year with ReyCon managing all aspects of preconstruction and delivery.
