Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate and Scheer Partners sell urgent care facility for $3 million

Fredericksburg, VA Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) partnered with Julian Etches of Scheer Partners in Rockville, MD in executing the sale of a medical facility at 10004 Southpoint Pkwy.  The buyer, Barber Property Management, LLC was represented by Lee Cherwek of Colliers International of Virginia, LLC.

The facility’s sole tenant is Northern Virginia CareNow Urgent Care, LLC – who will continue to lease 6,267 s/f. CareNow Urgent Care is an accredited, nationwide urgent care clinic that provides urgent care services to children, adults and seniors.

SCRE and Scheer Partners began marketing the building in May and the initial offer for purchase was delivered in July 2025. The property sold for over $3 million and closed at the end of September.
