Polar Design Build awarded work for Copeland Toyota

Brockton, MA - Polar Design Build, a construction management firm that provides general contracting services to clients in the New England region, has started to implement tenant improvements for Copeland Toyota, located at 970 West Chestnut St. Maugel DeStefano Architects will be responsible for design build on the MEP’s. 

Copeland Toyota will feature new modern updates throughout the customer lounge, showroom area, cafés, customer use business center and accessories room. The upgrades will be completed in a number of stages, from bathroom remodels in the customer lounge to updated drive-in and service reception areas. There will be a full interior glass rail system, epoxy flooring in the service drop-off bay, HVAC upgrades, new tile flooring throughout, all new millwork and furniture. 

The sales area and will feature a new nail salon in the customer lounge. All updates are expected to be completed by years end.
