O,R&L Commercial facilitates $1.75 million sale of 730 Windham Rd. and a 6,000 s/f lease

Windham, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of 730 Windham Rd. for $1.75 million. The seller, RYBRM, LLC, sold the building to Bargain Molding, who is expanding their business.

The buyer, Bargain Molding, who owns multiple locations in New York, purchased the 90,000 s/f property for the expansion of their company into the state. They will be using the space for importing their material, using the warehouse for assembly of products, and also will have a small retail space for their customers. Kyleigh Caron of O,R&L Commercial brokered this sale for the buyer and seller. 

O,R&L Commercial Real Estate has leased 1190 Silas Deane Hwy. in Wethersfield, a 6,000 s/f retail building, formerly home to Liberty Bank. The property was leased by Connecticut Retina MSO, LLC, dba Retina Group of New England, a nationally and internationally recognized retina specialists serving southeastern Connecticut for over 20 years. They have multiple locations in the Connecticut and Rhode Island area. Retina Group of New England is part of Retina Consultants of America (RCA) a physician management services organization operating in over 20 states. 

Jay Morris and Robert Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, Phoenix Retail LLC, in the transaction, the tenant, Connecticut Retina MSO, LLC, dba Retina Group of New England, was represented by Re/Max.
