O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers 13,058 s/f lease to PlayTown Express, LLC

Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) recently completed a 13,058 s/f of fully air conditioned warehouse space at 150 Cordaville Rd. to PlayTown Express, LLC. The landlord 150 Cordaville, LLC was represented by GBCP, while the tenant was represented by Rick Kaplan of Re/Max Executive Realty Commercial Division. 150 Cordaville Rd., a 42,000 s/f multi-tenant flex property managed by Capital Group Properties, is now fully leased. PlayTown Express, which offers an indoor playground for children 0-9 years old, has thrived on South St. in Hopkinton for the last five years since the business first opened its doors at that location. The business will relocate all of its operations to 150 Cordaville Rd., benefiting from the Rte. 85 exposure at the intersection with Rte. 9 only minutes from The Mass Pike and Rte. 495.
