Northeast Men’s Health expands to fourth location at 444 Washington St. in Cummings Props. medical cluster

Woburn, MA Northeast Men’s Health has expanded its footprint with a custom-built facility at 444 Washington St. The 3,000 s/f office, its fourth location, is situated in  Cummings Properties’ medical cluster.

Northeast Men’s Health provides personalized care to enhance men’s sexual health. Its staff of trained medical professionals administers diverse treatments, including oral medications, injections, acoustic wave therapy, and others.

In addition to its Washington St.  practice, the company operates offices in Salem, N.H., Dedham, and Marlborough. The new site will allow it to better serve the northern portion of the greater Boston region, according to Dr. Mark LaSpina, a urologist with the practice.

“Woburn’s central location will place our care options within easy reach for the many men and families living in Boston’s MetroNorth region,” said LaSpina. “And this particular property is a great fit, given its easy access to both I-93 and I-95, excellent visibility, and free on-site parking.”

Steve Cusano of Cummings worked with Northeast Men’s Health on the lease, which included a custom buildout completed by Cummings’ in-house architects and construction professionals.

“Knowing the synergies that come from collocating with like firms, we were pleased to accommodate Northeast Men’s Health within the established medical community at 444 Washington St.,” said Cusano. “And the client appreciated the efficient space turnaround that comes from Cummings’ in-house design/build capabilities.”

Among Northeast Men’s Health’s new neighbors are Winchester Hospital, FT Dental, and Cosmetic and Laser Center.

The Washington St. medical cluster is located at the intersection of I-93 and I-95, near the redeveloped Woburn Village. This mixed-use site has an outdoor market feel comparable to MarketStreet in Lynnfield and Burlington’s 3rd Ave. complex.
