Mattress Firm selects Capital Group Properties’ Northborough Crossing for new store location

Northborough, MA According to Capital Group Properties, Mattress Firm will open a new location at Northborough Crossing’s Phase II (lower level). The new Mattress Firm is projected to open this fall. 

“We are constantly striving to attract a diverse array of best-in-class offerings to our retail properties, and we are thrilled to announce Mattress Firm as the latest tenant coming to Northborough Crossing,” said William Depietri, president of Capital Group Properties.

Mattress Firm will join Wegmans, BJ’s Wholesale Club, TJ Maxx, Homesense, and Kohls as well as a variety of restaurants, medical space and fitness center uses at Northborough Crossing. 

Avalon’s luxury apartments complete the live-work-play lifestyle offering at Northborough Crossing by offering residential opportunities close to a host of amenities available on site. 

There are over 2,500 Mattress Firm locations across 49 states. As of 2018, the company employs more than 8,500 employees across the country.
