KeyPoint Partners, LLC is overseeing several retail construction projects, according to Brian Kelley, partner/controller at the firm, overseeing all stages of each project to streamline schedules and budgets. * Super Stop & Shop Plaza, Stoughton, Mass.: renovation of the retail center's facade to match the newly-renovated Stop & Shop; replacement of the center's pylon sign and all tenant signage; re-surface and re-striping of the parking lot and installation of an enhanced site lighting package. * New Milford Shopping Center, New Milford, Conn.:renovation of the retail center's facade, and the replacement of all tenant signage. * Shaw's Plaza, Easton, Mass.: removal and replacement of the sidewalk, and re-surfacing and re-striping of the parking lot, and roof replacement and the addition of a new bathroom for tenant AnyTime Fitness. * Braintree Marketplace, Braintree, Mass.: re-surface parking lot and front roadways. * Wells Plaza, Wells, ME: conversion of a vacant bookstore to a new Pet Quarters, including demolition, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, flooring and painting.
