Geenty is nationally recognized for her expertise across the commercial real estate spectrum, including leasing and sales, property acquisition, and tenant representation, with a specialty in light-industrial and warehouse assets. Her mastery of complex sectors – including bio-science, lab and medical office fit-ups, and land acquisition for build-to-suit projects – makes her uniquely suited to guide others in building powerful, resilient business pipelines.

Geenty is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR-Industrial Designee) and is an active member of New Haven and Fairfield Counties Commercial Industrial Designees (CID and FCBN).
