Feinmann, Inc. hires Reepmeyer as president

Lexington, MA Feinmann, Inc., an award-winning design-build firm, has hired Maren Reepmeyer, AIA LEED AP, as the company’s new president. This leadership position aligns with the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and vision for the future. Peter Feinmann, the firm’s esteemed founder and renowned industry leader, will transition to the role of CEO, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. 

“In the brief time Maren has been with Feinmann, she has already built strong relationships within our team and brought an optimistic, insightful perspective to the company’s future,” said Peter Feinmann. “Her exceptional leadership, multi-faceted architectural expertise, and visionary outlook are perfectly aligned with our mission and values. With her guiding the way, we are shaping a future where our employee-owners can thrive, and our dedication to excellence remains unwavering.”

As a distinguished architect, known for her business acumen and leadership in commercial real estate, Reepmeyer brings over 25 years of experience to Feinmann, Inc. She possesses extensive knowledge of architecture, sustainable design, and brand marketing. 

“I am thrilled to lead this firm forward with a strategic vision for the future and a clear roadmap for achieving our goals,” Reepmeyer said. 

Her previous roles include vice president at SGA Architects, where she focused on strategic development and national growth, and associate principal at CBT Architects, where she led a successful practice in Adaptive Reuse and Revitalization in the Northeast Region of the U.S.
