Duffy Insurance leases space at Cummings’ 50 Dunham Ridge

Beverly, MA Family-owned Duffy Insurance Agency has continued its rapid growth with a new office lease at 50 Dunham Ridge.

Founded in Lynn in 1996, Duffy Insurance Agency provides tailored insurance solutions for Massachusetts businesses, families, and individuals. Having acquired more than 10 regional agencies in recent years, it now operates locations in nine communities throughout the Merrimack Valley and North Shore.

Cummings Properties senior account manager Justin D’Aveta worked with commercial broker Rich Vincent, of Herrick Lutts Realty Partners, and Marc Duffy and Robin DiDonato, of Duffy Insurance Agency, on the transaction.

“We were delighted to hear from Rich when Duffy decided to open a Beverly location,” said Cummings VP-Beverly Division Stephanie Aitchison. “Cummings’ broad portfolio of vibrant properties enables us to accommodate business growth at any stage.”

Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams completed a custom build-out of the 2,200 s/f office suite as part of the lease. “Everyone at Cummings was very accommodating,” said DiDonato. “They tailored the space to our exact specifications and even delivered it ahead of schedule.”

Duffy’s new neighbors at Dunham Ridge include Cross Insurance, MDC Associates, Beacon Benefits, Family Office Management Services, and BlueDoor Private Wealth.

Cummings Properties’ local portfolio includes Cummings Center, and Dunham Ridge.

Together, the campuses are home to more than 600 businesses, including more than 100 healthcare practices, as well as corporate headquarters, software firms, research laboratories, and micro-businesses. More information is available at www.cummings.com.

Founded by the late Paul Duffy and now led by Paul’s son, Marc, Duffy Insurance Agency is a family insurance agency that services personal and commercial insurance customers throughout Massachusetts. All customer service is done in-house, as Duffy strives to maintain strong, personal relationships with its customers and local communities.
