Cummings Properties signs three medical provider leases in Beverly

100 & 900 Cummings Center - Beverly, MA

Beverly, MA The city’s medical cluster has attracted three more growing healthcare providers. AllaraCare Medical Group, Anchor Home Medical & Pharmacy, and MD Esthetics have all chosen Cummings Center as the site for their expansion.

Founded by independent physicians in 2021, AllaraCare Medical Group aims to transform primary care by fostering strong patient-doctor relationships and offering personalized, accessible care. The practice expanded to the city this spring from its North Shore affiliate, Middleton Family Medicine. Led by Dr. Darci Finocchiaro, AllaraCare operates an adult primary care practice spanning 4,850 s/f at 900 Cummings Center.

Anchor Home Medical Supplies Pharmacy is a compound pharmacy providing prescriptions, vaccines, medical supplies, and hospital equipment for the home. Local co-owner Walter Ciampa leased storage and office space at Cummings Center in 2023 to support his operation at the Cabot Street Plaza. He will consolidate Anchor’s operation this winter by relocating the compound pharmacy, increasing its total footprint at 100 Cummings Center from 300 to 2,400 s/f.

“With a portfolio of 11 million s/f – and more than two million right here at Cummings Center – we can typically accommodate client growth in real time,” said Cummings Properties vice president – Beverly division Stephanie Aitchison. “This kind of flexibility is a great benefit for any business with evolving space needs.”

Medical spa chain MD Esthetics plans to open a new location at 100 Cummings Center. Co-founded in 2018 by spouses Danielle and Dr. Michael Pedro, the national firm offers long-term, holistic treatments designed to promote confident, graceful aging. The 2,200 s/f treatment center will be location number 13 for MD Esthetics, which operates aesthetic med spas across Virginia, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

According to Aitchison, Cummings Center’s diverse medical cluster is a significant draw for growing wellness providers. The campus is home to more than 120 physicians, surgeons, dermatologists, and dentists, plus dozens of physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare practitioners.

“Collocating with firms from related fields often provides valuable opportunities for collaboration, synergy, and, of course, referrals,” said Aitchison.
