Coastal Land & Commercial Group facilitates land acquisition in Laconia, NH

Mark Bouzianis

Laconia, NH Mark Bouzianis, a member of Coastal Land & Commercial Group, has facilitated the acquisition of an 11.3-acre commercial land parcel on August 24. The transaction represents a significant investment-scale purchase that underscores growing confidence in the Lakes Region’s commercial development potential.

The acquisition positions the buyer to capitalize on the town’s expanding commercial corridor and the region’s economic growth. Located in one of New Hampshire’s most dynamic markets, the property offers exceptional development opportunities with prime accessibility and views of Winnipesaukee.

“This acquisition represents exactly the type of strategic thinking we’re seeing from savvy investors in today’s market,” said Bouzianis. “The buyer recognized that Laconia offers a unique combination of location advantages, infrastructure readiness, and growth potential that makes it an ideal choice for long-term commercial investment.”

The town’s position as a regional hub, combined with New Hampshire’s business-friendly policies, continues to attract investors seeking stable, growth-oriented opportunities.

The transaction is expected to contribute to the area’s economic development momentum, potentially spurring additional commercial interest and development activity in the surrounding corridor.

Local economic development officials have noted that such investment-scale acquisitions often serve as catalysts for broader commercial growth.
