Atlantic Property Management tailors its platform for the special servicer industry

Boston, MA One of the largest commercial mortgage special servicers has awarded Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, 3 property management assignments. Atlantic tailored its management platform to meet the unique needs of special servicers in the commercial real estate industry.  

Atlantic continues to push its strategic, national growth with these new management assignments including 307-389 Hamilton St. in Geneva, NY; 2803 Brewerton Rd. in Syracuse, NY; and 300 Columbus Corners Dr. in Whiteville, NC.
