Atlantic Property Management moves into Connecticut with 172,000 s/f assignment

Groton, CT According to Atlantic Property Management, The Sigmund Companies has selected the company to manage a premier 172,000 s/f retail property. Known for its expertise in commercial property management across the Northeast, Atlantic will bring its full suite of management services to this assignment, positioning the grocer-anchored property for long-term success. 

From day-to-day property management to financial oversight, Atlantic will focus on tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and property value enhancement. In addition to property management, leasing services will be exclusively handled by Atlantic Retail
