Atlantic Property Management kicks off 2025 with two new management assignments

Stow, MA Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, is starting 2025 with two new property management assignments, taking over responsibilities for Stow Shopping Center in Stow, Mass. and Yarmouth Shopping Center in Yarmouth, Mass.

Additionally, the company is pleased to announce a new client partnership with real estate investment firm Brasswater, further growing its reach and expertise in commercial property management. 

With this expansion, Atlantic Property Management continues to strengthen its presence in the retail sector, offering full-service management solutions designed to enhance property value, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The firm will oversee all aspects of property management of both shopping centers, including facilities maintenance, financial oversight, and tenant relations. 

“We are excited to begin the new year by adding Stow Shopping Center and Yarmouth Shopping Center to our management portfolio,” said Chad Boulay, national director of business development of Atlantic Property Management. “Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering strong tenant relationships, and maintaining these properties at the highest standards.”
