Atlantic Property Management expands portfolio with three new assignments in Mass. and RI

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management has continued its growth across New England with the addition of three new property management assignments: 10 Cabot St. and 80 Optical Dr. in Southbridge, Mass., and 1275 Park East Dr. in Woonsocket, R.I.

The new properties span a variety of asset types, showcasing Atlantic’s versatility and operational expertise:

• 10 Cabot St., an industrial facility in Southbridge, Mass. supports the region’s robust light manufacturing and logistics sector.

• 80 Optical Dr., a well-positioned office/flex property, also in Southbridge, is home to a mix of professional and light industrial users.

• 1275 Park East Dr. in Woonsocket, R.I., is a modern office/flex property offering adaptable space configurations for office, R&D, and light assembly tenants.
