ARC Realty Advisors brokers four leases at Stateline Plaza - 20,900 s/f

Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors brokered several new leases at Stateline Plaza on behalf of the owner, Northstar Centers, LLC. Petco has leased 15,000 s/f and was represented by Atlantic Retail Properties. Great Clips leased 1,000 s/f and was represented by The Dartmouth Company. T-Mobile leased 3,000 s/f and was represented by National Commercial Brokers, and Gamestop leased 1,900 s/f and was represented by Atlantic Retail Properties. Kenney said, "On behalf of Northstar, we are pleased that we can bring these quality tenants to Stateline Plaza. We are always searching for the proper retail mix to enhance the shopping experience for Stateline's customers." The new tenants join Shaw's Supermarket, TJ Maxx, CVS as well as other operators.
