What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? 

I really love what I do! I find the projects fascinating – I get to learn all about how companies make products that affect people’s everyday lives. I like interacting with clients, and I am proud to make spaces where people enjoy going to work. I am also very proud of creating an enthusiastic, collaborative work environment for my own staff and the entire design and construction team. 

Since I like what I do, I dedicate my time, attention and care to it 110%. I’ve also had a lot of help along the way – colleagues who have taken the time to give me a hand up or a pat on the back. No one in this industry works alone, and every team member is integral to my success, even the challenging ones!
