What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? I’m drawn to commercial real estate because it blends visible, tangible impact with strategic problem-solving. I value how the work shapes communities – through offices, retail, or mixed-use – and requires balancing design, function, and financial goals. What keeps me passionate is the industry’s constant evolution. No two projects are the same. I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and creating spaces where businesses thrive and communities grow.

What’s a challenge you faced early in your career, and how did you overcome it? Early in my career as a construction manager, I faced the challenge of managing diverse personalities – owners, architects, subcontractors, and field crews – each with different priorities and communication styles. I focused on building relationships, listening actively, and setting clear expectations to align the team. I learned that strong interpersonal skills are as vital as technical expertise. When people feel heard and respected, projects run smoother and are more likely to succeed.
