What drew you to commercial real estate, and what keeps you passionate? The world of commercial real estate is fast-paced and constantly changing - every day brings something new. I love that you’re never done learning, whether it’s about the industry or the clients you serve. It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside business and property owners, play a role in their growth stories, and see their wins as they expand, succeed, and reach new goals.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate? Go for it. CRE is challenging, fast-paced, and every day brings something new. Find a mentor or team, absorb everything, and focus on building your niche. Take the coffee meeting, the networking event, the new challenge. Keep investing in yourself - you are your best advocate. Having grown in the industry, I’m now proud to serve as Managing Broker of Colliers Portsmouth and help pave the way for more women in CRE.
