2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Greg Bongo, CM&B

Greg Bongo
Senior Project Manager
CM&B

Number of years at firm: 5

One thing on my bucket list: Travel old Route 66 and see the country on a motorcycle!

When I am not working, I am: Spending time with my family and friends, working on a home improvement project or working on a car or motorcycle.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am proud of the portfolio of successful projects I have been part of while with CM&B. Building relationships with top-tier clients and receiving callbacks for the next project encourages a contagious momentum. I am grateful to work with the top clients, and top subcontractors and most proud to be considered colleagues with a group of the best builders in the industry.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Greg’s exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects have resulted in successful outcomes with recognition by many leading national brands. He has a confident but calm demeanor, even in tense situations, and can get others to see the other side of a situation.” - Tom Tassinari, Executive Vice President/ Construction Operations at CM&B
